The net
Lower than tennis. Serve underhand, diagonally, and let it bounce once on each side before anyone gets clever.
The kitchen
The shaded zone by the net. No smashing while standing in it — the great equaliser, and the rule everyone forgets first.
The score
First to 11, win by 2. Only the serving side scores. If that sounds confusing, it isn’t — three rallies in and you’ll have it.
