Most corporate events in Jamshedpur are a conference room with better snacks. Project 831 is two full-size pickleball courts and a fridge of cold, zero-sugar drinks at Adarsh Nagar, Sonari (a proper café is on the way) — and pickleball happens to be the perfect corporate sport: nobody on your team has played it, everyone starts equally bad, and a first-timer can rally within twenty minutes. No office cricket hierarchy carries over.
The standard format is a 3-hour team session: coached introduction, short doubles tournament, lounge time. We quote in three to five clean line items, starting at ₹9,000 depending on headcount and inclusions. Message us your group size and a date — quotes go out same-day.
The 3-hour format
Hour one

Two coaches get everyone rallying — including the colleague who claims they don’t do sports.

Hour three
The lounge
Seating and a fridge of cold drinks for debriefs and disputing line calls that happened an hour ago.

Questions, answered.
What does a corporate event at Project 831 look like?
The standard format is a 3-hour block: a coached pickleball introduction so everyone can actually play, a short doubles tournament that gets competitive faster than anyone expects, and a fridge of cold, zero-sugar drinks for everything in between. Works for teams of 10 to 40. Nobody has to be sporty — pickleball is the rare game a first-timer can rally in within minutes.
How much does a corporate booking cost?
Three-hour team sessions start at ₹9,000, depending on group size, coaching format, and inclusions. We quote in 3 to 5 clean line items — courts, coaches, operations — so your finance team has nothing to squint at. Message us on WhatsApp with your headcount and preferred date for a same-day quote.
How many people can you host?
Ten to 25 people fits the standard format with two coaches. For 26 to 40 we add a third coach to keep rotations tight. Beyond 40, we quote case-by-case — talk to us about what you have in mind.
What is included, and what do we bring?
We provide the courts, paddles and balls, coaches, on-site staff for the duration, setup and cleanup. You bring catering and F&B, any AV equipment, decorations or banners, and photography. We are explicit about the split in every quote so there are no day-of surprises.
Can we make it a recurring thing?
Yes — and recurring slots get a better rate than one-offs. A monthly or quarterly team session is the format that actually builds the habit (and the trash talk). Ask about recurring rates when you enquire.
Nobody on our team has played pickleball. Is that a problem?
That is the ideal scenario. Everyone starts equally bad, which is precisely what makes it work as a team event — no office cricket hierarchy carrying over. The coached introduction has first-timers rallying within twenty minutes.
Tell us the headcount.
Group size, preferred date, rough timing — that's all we need to send a clean, itemized quote the same day.
